2. Sean Tanko instructed Marcelle Norrington to obtain signatures from Ralph Norrington while he was living in a “memory care” facility, diagnosed with dementia in 2007.

3. Sean Tanko admitted that Marcelle Norrington did not supply him with the 2005 ORIGINAL amendment to the Norrington Trust appointing Rebecca L. Norrington Successor Trustee. This is evidence of Marcelle’s “early dementia diagnosis” in 2006.

4. Why has Sean Tanko refused beneficiary Rebecca L Norrington access to review the Norrington Family Trust file he has had in his office for over 8 years?
